PMO, Director for Information Data Services

Based in Irving, Texas, Novation develops and manages competitive contracts with more than 800 suppliers. Members of VHA, UHC, Children’s Hospital Association and Provista used Novation contracts to purchase more than $49 billion in 2013. Directed the creation of the Project Management Office. Initiated an Agile based process for program/project management and managed the institutionalization of this methodology change. § Created Capacity and Resource Management tool which allows you to run “What If” Scenarios based on the current Project Portfolio.
